Subsequently, it moved on to discuss the agendas one by one. In conclusion, they wrapped up their meeting with the following outcomes:
- In order to promote the vocation of lay brothers, it may be beneficial to assist them in achieving integral maturity and to take on various responsibilities that allow them to demonstrate the visibility of their vocation. Furthermore, it has been emphasized that it is crucial to pay appropriate attention during the forthcoming PANAF meeting, as well as in the formulation of the new Ratio localis for both conferences and in the formation directives of each circumscription.
- The assembly expressed disappointment regarding the low participation of brothers in the missionary course conducted in Uganda, and they have urged the circumscriptions that, for the future, even if the brother designated to attend is unable to do so for various reasons, they must find a substitute.
- The training for the formatters, originally scheduled to take place in Cotonou, Benin in June 2025, has been rescheduled to occur from April 20 to May 4, 2026, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Assembly has finalized the logo and the prayer, appointed the director and editorial board for the CAMSA webpage, and decided to maintain the current committee and various office bearers continue as they are, even in the event of new elections. They have approved the schedules for various activities and the logistics budget, which will be funded by the common resources of EACC, CONCAO, and each circumscription. They have reviewed the questionnaires on each topic and approved them with some amendments. They have determined the method for disseminating the questionnaires to each fraternity and the process for collecting feedback with clearly established deadlines. They have ratified the timetable and the list of guests to be invited. Additionally, they have designated the facilitators and translators. They have reached an agreement on the number of common formation centers at both EACC and CONCAO levels.
- The major superiors have been reminded to encourage the brothers to submit their responses to the questionnaires for PCO IX, which is scheduled for October 26, prior to the deadline of December 31.
