The General Custody of Congo celebrated its 9th Ordinary Elective Chapter, at the conclusion of which Brother Tharcisse Ngose was re-elected Custos with a new council. Everything went well. Our heartfelt congratulations to the new leadership, and we wish them a fruitful term of office. The Chapter which was held in Kinshasa at the end of february, was presided by Br. Patrice, General Councilor for Africa.
